High rigidity

 

The four-row arc groove and high-rigidity cross-section design not only provide excellent load capacity in four directions, but also can further improve product rigidity by increasing assembly preload.

The contact angle between the arc groove and the slider is designed to be 45 degrees, which makes it self-aligning. Founded in 2007, Lishui Yingte Bearing Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise specializing in the research and development, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service of linear transmission components, including linear guides, ball screws, and linear modules. In 2007, Yingte launched its first production line for ball screws and subsequently invested 16 million dollars to establish three modern production lines for rolled ball screws, ground ball screws, and precision ball screw nuts.
