The structure of the module

Through modular design, KK module integrates ball screw and linear guide, which can save the shortcomings of traditional brake platforms such as guidance and drive element selection, installation verification, large size, and space occupation.
KK modules can provide fast selection, installation, compact size, high rigidity and other characteristics.
The return system between the track and the slide, the ball and ball groove contact surface adopts a 2-row Gothic tooth design, with the characteristics of 45° contact angle, which can make the KK module withstand the ability of 4 directions to withstand equal loads.
Diverse specifications
Shop Accessories:
1. Aluminum cover: It can prevent foreign matter and impurities from entering the KK module and affect the service life, accuracy, and smoothness.
2. Motor adapter board: can be used for the transfer of various motors and KK modules.
3. Limit switch: provide slider positioning, start origin and prevent the slider from exceeding the safety limit of the stroke.
