SHAC linear ball screws

The Ball Screw is a high-efficiency method of converting rotary motion to linear motion by using a recirculating ball mechanism between the screw shaft and the nut. Compared with a conventional sliding screw, the ball screw requires driving torque of one-third or less, making it ideal for saving drive motor power.

 

SHAC designs and manufactures different series of ball screws suitable for various industries ranging from general machinery to CNC machinery, etc.

SHAC company development path

Founded in 2007, Lishui Yingte Bearing Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise specializing in the research and development, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service of linear transmission components, including linear guides, ball screws, and linear modules. In 2007, Yingte launched its first production line for ball screws and subsequently invested 16 million dollars to establish three modern production lines for rolled ball screws, ground ball screws, and precision ball screw nuts.

In 2011, the company expanded its R&D capabilities by establishing Taiwan Dinghan Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. in Taiwan.

By 2013, Yingte had invested an additional 21 million dollars to register Lishui Jiexiang Technology Co., Ltd. as a manufacturing base to enhance the production of linear guideways and blocks.

In 2016, Jiexiang was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and adheres strictly to international standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, implementing rigorous control from raw material procurement to product sales to ensure the highest quality.

In 2020, Zhejiang Jianzhuang Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. was registered, and a second factory base, spanning approximately 65,000 square meters, commenced production. Yingte has built a regional direct sales network across over 30 domestic regions and established partnerships in more than 50 countries.
