Product Description
A ball screw is a mechanical linear actuator that translates rotational motion to linear motion with little friction. A threaded shaft provides a helical raceway for ball bearings which act as a precision screw. As well as being able to apply or withstand high thrust loads, they can do so with minimum internal friction. They are made to close tolerances and are therefore suitable for use in situations in which high precision is necessary. The ball assembly acts as the nut while the threaded shaft is the screw.

Diagram of the working principle of the ball screw
The ball screw pair is to place an appropriate amount of rolling elements between the screw and the screw groove of the nut as an intermediate transmission body, and with the help of the ball return device, it constitutes a screw drive mechanism in which the ball circulates infinitely in a closed loop. As shown in the following figure. When the screw or nut turns, the ball is pushed to form a repeated cyclic movement of the ball chain in a closed circuit
